PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-order means that the product is currently out of stock and you must place an order if you'd like to reserve the item before it arrives with us.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will have the opportunity to secure your spot without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

PRE-ORDER NOTICE
Kindly note, pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item(s) to a different product/shade which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so.
PLEASE BE PATIENT. Dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to product sourcing & shipment held by customs. Maylist Beauty is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item.

HOW TO PRE-ORDER
1. ADD PRE-ORDER ITEMS TO CART
Please place a separate order for pre-order items so that already available items at Maylist Beauty will be shipped to you right away. |
*Fees are automatically carrier calculated by weight and delivery location at checkout.

Once your pre-order is ready for shipment you will receive an email notification about your shipping information along with a tracking number and an invoice. If you don't receive an email please check your 'Junk' mail or 'Spam' folders.
3. PAYMENT METHOD
In order for us to process your pre-order, you have the option to make a payment in full at checkout or make a 50% deposit through E-transfer by choosing the option [PRE-ORDER DEPOSIT] at checkout
You will be required to pay for 50% of your order total if your are not ready to pay in full for your pre-order at checkout.

4. PRE-ORDER SHIPMENT
Once your pre-order is submitted you will receive an email notification which contains one of the following:
a) Payment Complete

b) Payment Needed |
Your order is ready for shipment and you will be sent the tracking number of your package. If you don't receive an email please check your 'Junk' mail or 'Spam' folders. | You still need to complete paying for the remaining balance of your pre-order total. Once we have received your payment, a shipping information with a tracking number will be sent. |
